Communication is key to making sure your managers and employees are aware of what needs to happen when it comes to performance reviews.

After your performance management process has launched, send periodic communications reminding people of when the evaluations are due and that they need to be sure to complete all the steps in the process. Remind all employees that they must formally acknowledge their review by clicking the “acknowledge” button before the manager can designate the process as complete.
